Young and unrepresented voices are the heart of all that we do and the reason we exist. We don't just listen to marginalised youth, we give them the space to lead.
By putting youth at the centre of decision-making, we adopt a child-rights approach that ensures all programming for young people is curated by young people.
The role of our leadership is simply to facilitate spaces for youth and their communities to gain agency and self-determination for their own futures - for us, that is what development is and how leadership should be.

Yman

Frances
Frances loves composing
songs; we are convinced a hit single is coming soon.
Lyra
Lyra's perfect day involves a lot of K-pop and K-drama. She assures us 'K-pop' should be part of everyone's day.
Daniel
Daniel is a dancer. In fact, if he passes a mirror, he can't help but cut some shapes. Sadly for him, there are no mirror in the office.
Rejene
Just like Daniel, Rejene likes to dance a lot, even when there is no mirror.
Ayo
Ayo's real name is not 'Ayo', but everyone thinks it is. So now he is Ayo. We're still trying to know the real name, but he won't tell us. as he thinks 'Ayo' is cool.
Kyle
Kyle is sure he has the answer to eternal happiness; 'Spongebob Squarepants' - According to Kyle, everything about Sponge is pure happiness. You might be on to something here, Kyle!
Christian
Whatever song Christian hears, he hums along to. It provides a good guessing game for others..

Numbers and Maths inspire John-Rex, so don't be surprised to learn that he takes keeping the right game score very seriously!
Jhean
Jhean's first trip out of the Philippines was to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. The one match she watched was the only game out of 64 games that ended 0-0. No goals to cheer, but she did master the Mexican Wavel
Marvin
Marvin is the self-proclaimed 'Mr. Popular in
Tacloban City', so when you visit us, be sure to ask around for him. No lack of confidence then, Marvin!
Rhobs
Rhobs' favourite food is shrimp, but she is allergic to shellfish, so it's a bit of a love/hate relationship depending on how many she is brave enough to eat. We admire your dedication, Rhobs!
Juanillo
Juanillo is a trainee chef; he is convinced he can cook whatever you want. Challenge accepted, Juanillo!
Bernanrd
When not playing football, Bernard is busy with rabbit farming and keeping in shape at the gym; awww, such a softie, Bernand, even if you lift a lot of iron!
Carl
We are not sure why this would happen, but if Carl had to eat one meal for the rest of his life, he would choose chicken curry. We got you, Carl!
JP
JP is the official 'Rice Eating Champion' at FundLife; we are told it's a title he won't give up easily, although he does have a lot new young challengers.
Reuben
Reuben is a leader of few words, and he is still thinking of a profound way to share this uniqueness - we see you, Reuben, actions speak louder.

Angel likes us to call her Fatima, and her first name is Marie. We are a little confused - but sure, Fatima! We are assured that the 5 fostered cats she has are not as in the least bit confused; it's a cat's life!

In addition to being an ace with design, Dandrene is self-confessed Pokemon addict and fan of K-Pop; Keeping chasing those 'mon's Dandrene, and we're excited for a K-Pop duet between you and Lyra!

In her spare time, Aleasha is an avid traveller, getting lost in different cultures and countries. We're all hoping Aleasha can return to globetrotting soon!
